This year’s Tournament will be held on the grounds of SUE NOAKE LEISURE CENTRE in Ystrad Mynach on Saturday 14th July & Sunday 15th July 2018. The tournament expands and builds on previous years successes, and has evolved to become a complete footballing event. It now also aims to include other football teams to enjoy this community experience.
We have also made provision for hot and cold refreshments, and will have ice cream and a BBQ available. We hope you can see that this year’s tournament is once again an event for all!
First Aid will be the responsibility of each club. There will however be a designated First Aid area.
The order of the tournament this year will see the following:-
Although yet to be confirmed, a number of VIP guests, have been invited to attend the event.
All junior and youth participants will receive a medal and there will also be trophies awarded. Please note that the U7’s, U9’s, & U11’s will be mini football played as a fun festival and therefore is non-competitive. The U13, U15, U16 & Ladies age groups will be run as competitive tournaments.
Entry Forms and fees must be returned no later than Friday, June 8th 2018. Please note however that due to expected numbers of applicants teams will be awarded a place on a first come, first served basis.
NO TEAM WILL BE ENTERED INTO THE TOURNAMENT DRAW UNLESS PAYMENT AND CONFIRMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED BY THE DUE DATE ABOVE – NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE!
Entry Fee is £30 per team.
